4. Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made in full as per the agreed payment plan. Prices for services are outlined in individual proposals or invoices and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all our services. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind:
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order if they change their mind and no substantial work has been started. - Dissatisfaction with Services:
If a customer is not satisfied with our services, we will provide revisions to address their concerns and improve the final product. If the revised work still does not meet expectations, a refund may be issued. - Project Discontinuation:
If a customer chooses to discontinue the service during the project, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed up to that point. - Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued once the project is completed and delivered, or if the client fails to communicate for more than 14 days during the project.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our support team. If approved, refunds will be processed and may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your bank or card statements.
6. Revisions & Client Approvals
Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as per the service package purchased. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Delayed client feedback may affect project timelines.
7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use third-party services or platforms (e.g., Amazon Kindle, Google Books, etc.) to deliver certain services. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these platforms.
8. Accountability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and approvals. We are not liable for any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mofro Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any client agreement or user access if these Terms are violated or if there is misuse of our services.
